The “L’incanto invisibile” (The Invisible Enchantment) project revolves around the symbolic image of a thread, and is a journey of discovery through invisible connections. The idea behind the project stems from the connection between Carolina Cucinelli and internationally recognized filmmaker and artist Virgilio Villoresi, and wishes to recount the ties that bring people, places, traditions and memories together. All these connections are held together by a thread moving between the past, the present and the future, in a harmonious dance that connects everything.
Virgilio Villoresi (Fiesole - Florence, 1979) lives and works in Milan. During his studies, Virgilio developed a passion for experimental cinema, avant-garde theater, visual art and literature; he explored traditional animation techniques, with a self-taught approach, to recreate “handcrafted” poetic and evocative visions. In his works, where each and every frame is developed with the utmost care, the connection between images, music and movement is the common thread that takes the viewer on a journey through magical and imaginary worlds with a strong visual impact.
