The floral design is first created with cotton malfilé yarn, to which shiny sequins are added to create a special three-dimensional effect. The garment is made of two distinct parts: the dress is made of pure silk crêpe sablé, a very lightweight, precious fabric with a slightly crisp and extremely fluid texture. The overshirt, instead, is made of Crispy silk: an extremely thin fabric characterized by a typically dry, transparent and matte texture.
